          If a bid is placed when the timer is below 15 seconds, it brings the timer back up to 15 seconds.

        There are primarily 2 types of auctions:

                1. Penny Auction- each bid raises amount by one cent.

                2. Regular Auction- each bid raises amount by 20 cents.
